If you do choose to go outside, do not ride in a group and stay apart at any planned / unplanned stops. Obviously this doesn't apply to members a self-isolating household e.g. parents riding with their children (I don't think everyone who sees a 'group of cyclists' will get that)

UK government advice: outside exercise will continue to be allowed *IF* people adhere to the 2m distancing rule. As cyclists, if you do choose to go out, please, please do not ride in a group. If you do, you may not be able to ride at all very soon.
