DIT provides 3 ways to get fast, high-quality IT support! Online support articles: 1,000 articles updated each semester. In person at Terrapin Tech: Over 3,000 issues solved last fall. Call the DIT Service Desk: Talk to a person in under 2 mins on average Chat or email too!

Use the new 311 tool in the UMD app (under Menu > Contact Us) to report non-emergency, outdoor physical issues, like: 🚳Scooters/bikes in non-designated 🚦Broken street lights or parking meters ⚠️Litter, graffiti, road issues and more! Go to admin.umd.edu/umd-311 for details.
