I have always booked my trips through @itravel2000. But now that their service is actually required, they are unreachable. None of their phone #'s are in service. No one replies to emails. We keep hearing on #CP24 that flight companies are issuing refunds, etc. Who verified this?

@itravel2000 What do you mean “even though you may have the options”? My changes aren’t urgent, but there are threads of all of your customers waiting 8 hours on the phone to find out what’s going on. Why not email all of us your official cancellation and re-schedule policy to stop the panic?

You are failing us by not contacting all customers with your official policy and offers. Please do so promptly since you’re dropping a ton of customer service calls. We don’t need to call if you inform everyone via email what our options are #stepitup #covid19Canada
