🚨#BREAKING: Los Angeles police have reported that a 46-year-old man has passed away early this morning after allegedly cutting off his own p*nis off across from the LA Convention Center, and bled to death. Officials say they do not yet know what may have motivated the man to harm himself, and the incident remains under investigation.
