If you are returning your NC absentee ballot in person today PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double-check your absentee ballot envelope. In Wake Co Monday we received and counted 3,300 absentee ballots, but 180 more failed to have required 2 witnesses or notary sign the envelope. Those can’t be counted.
