On some motherboards you need to set your PCIE x16 speed manually to Gen 5. Otherwise it runs on Gen4 by default

Make sure your GPU is in the top slot and getting max bandwidth. If you have it in the bottom slot, you are losing 2 or 4 times the bandwidth. That makes your frames way lower and game super sluggish. Sometimes your NVME drive in top slot is also reducing it, check mobo manual.

Can we talk about how awful the default start menu and taskbar are in W11, even with the latest update. Telemetry and useless app promotions in Start and after all this time you still can't pin apps to taskbar by dragging them onto it

🌟 Follow-up to the drivers post. Every 595.xx driver seems to perform well in Fortnite.

🙀Using a very old driver like 566.36 will actually ruin your game performance and delay in Fortnite. ✅Right now the most optimal drivers would be 595.76 (reports of increased FPS in some games & bug fixes) and 591.86 (better than older 591.xx drivers) 🥰benchmarks by @TRXXVlS

I actually feel really sad about the tweaker scene because some of these no-name guys that got a shoutout are ruining the general impression about other optimizers because the no-name guys didn't know anything in the first place
