@2inks NA is by far the most unenjoyable region - its all bout cheesing everything to the max, staying awake 24/7 + afking your base, and cheating.

i flexed 200k+ sulfur on my rust server (700+ pop) and not a soul even attempted a raid 😂 is this just a NA server thing? i feel like if i did this on an EU server i would've had a chinese fob at my door 💀

EU servers 100x better than US servers , players actually play the game unlike the US gear fear.

@Alistair_McF I'd say anyone over 100 hours who is time poor is probably playing modded 2x and above though right? I don't think softcore really adds much that doesn't already exist in modded. I don't know the specific pops of softcore servers, but I cant imagine they are high.

This is an interesting /r/playrust Reddit thread. It's no surprise to anyone, Rust takes commitment to play, that won't change. We did introduce softcore gamemode to aid players wanting a less punishing experience. Do we need to take softcore, more soft? Reduce the punishment of being raided further? We certainly do a bad job at marketing/onboarding this mode to players.

@itsYakov @playrust What’s the problem though? Big clans will be farming these fragments whether they sell them or not. The shops just allow solos or smaller groups to get the fragments from those large groups… Tbh I’ve seen more solo or smaller groups have these types of shops than Clans.
