Grateful to have reached MS5 officially ✨️This prof was the toughest for me with Step 1 exam just a week before the finals, the emotional toll was real. Proud to say I pushed through the burnout and cleared the exams. Alhamdulilah 🫶🥳

Was so enthusiastic to cast my vote. But 1st they changed my polling station, and then no net outside of home to reach that location. I wanna cry now.
P.s: now I checked, and that station was 1.30 hr away from my home. I mean great👏

Don't ever comprosmie so much in life that you gotta forget your core values. Never be so selfless in life that you forget what you actually need from life, and end up getting hurt. Recognise what you want, and stick to that. Make other's life easier as well.🙏

Performed my first ever surgery as a primary surgeon, and that too blood less and painless. Happiest

@RanaOmerFarman1 Yeah while doing surgery you just have to pre plan how you're gonna handle the instrument. Warna it's a mess

@RanaOmerFarman1 I just had one thing in mind that I don't want to mess up her remaining foot. So I tried to be as neat as I could. Just one take with the bone cutter and with the incisions.

This is so so much common. There is no counselling of patients regarding diet or they take it too casually that they end up getting amputated more than once.

A below-knee amputation was done on an elderly patient. Her diabetes remained uncontrolled after surgery. We adjusted her insulin units,diet plan, but no improvement noted. As her condition worsened, she told us that she had been consuming cold drinks nonstop for the past 3 days.

3 days since I lost my first patient. Still can't get over he is no more, and I was one of the last people he talked to.
