Yesterday I spoke to my father. He asked me to relay the following message: “The judges in this country should be ashamed of themselves. Time and time again we have gone to the judiciary. But they have sold their souls for their paid personal privileges. They have sold their integrity. They know they cannot break me, so they turn to my wife. How they can allow this inhumane treatment to Bushra BiBi, simply to blackmail me. She spends 24 hours a day in isolation, except for 30 minutes with me per week - and even that is often ignored. It is unislamic to harm women, children and the elderly - and their motives are plain and clear. The judges are responsible for the justice in a society. They should be ashamed of themselves.”

My reply to ISPR & attempts by PDM & their handlers to arrest me for two reasons: 1. To prevent me from campaigning bec InshaAllah when elections are announced I will be doing jalsas. 2. To prevent me from mobilising the masses for street movement in support of Constitution if PDM govt & their handlers refuse to obey the SC & violate Constitution on holding of elections.

When the enemy attacks us from bases in the region, we respond — and we will continue to respond. This is our right and a standing policy. Regional countries must either prevent the US from using their territory against Iran, or we will have no choice but to do it ourselves.

مجھے الفاظ نہیں مل رہے کہ میں اُن پُرامن احتجاجی مظاہروں پر ہونے والے وحشیانہ کریک ڈاؤن کی مذمت کر سکوں جو ملک بھر میں امریکہ اور اسرائیل کی ایران کے خلاف غیرقانونی جارحیت کے خلاف منعقد کیے گئے۔ اس جارحیت کے نتیجے میں رہبر انقلاب اسلامی آیت اللہ خامنہ ای رحمتہ اللہ علیہ شہید ہوئے، جو صرف ایران کے سپریم لیڈر ہی نہیں بلکہ پاکستان سمیت دنیا بھر کے شیعہ مسلمانوں کے مرجعِ تقلید بھی تھے۔ کراچی میں 18 افراد شہید اور 40 سے زائد زخمی ہوئے۔ اسلام آباد میں چار افراد جان کی بازی ہار گئے اور درجنوں زخمی ہوئے۔ سکردو اور گلگت میں چھ، چھ افراد شہید ہوئے جبکہ متعدد افراد زخمی ہوئے۔ لاہور میں بھی کریک ڈاؤن کے دوران درجنوں افراد زخمی ہوئے۔ کراچی قونصلیٹ کے باہر نہتے مظاہرین پر امریکی میرین کور کے اہلکاروں کی فائرنگ کی شدید ترین الفاظ میں مذمت کی جاتی ہے۔ اسی طرح اسلام آباد، گلگت اور سکردو میں مقامی پولیس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی جانب سے معصوم مظاہرین پر فائرنگ بھی قابلِ مذمت ہے۔ شہریوں کے خلاف براہِ راست گولیوں کا استعمال کسی بھی سکیورٹی نظریے کے تحت جائز قرار نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔ سفارتی مقامات کا تحفظ یقینی بنایا جا سکتا ہے، مگر تحفظ کا مطلب غیرمتناسب اور حد سے بڑھی ہوئی طاقت کا استعمال ہرگز نہیں۔ ایسے نہایت حساس اور جذباتی ماحول میں اگر ریاستی ادارے ضبطِ نفس، بردباری اور حکمتِ عملی کا مظاہرہ کرنے کے بجائے طاقت کا بے جا اور مہلک استعمال کریں تو اس کے نتیجے میں نہ صرف عوامی اشتعال میں شدت آتی ہے بلکہ امن و امان کی صورتحال مزید خراب ہو جاتی ہے، ریاستی اداروں پر عوام کا اعتماد متزلزل ہوتا ہے اور ریاست و شہریوں کے درمیان خلیج خطرناک حد تک وسیع ہو جاتی ہے۔ ریاست اختلافِ رائے کو اس انداز میں نہیں سنبھالتی۔ جب غم و سوگ فرقہ وارانہ حدود سے بالاتر ہو کر شیعہ اور سنی شہریوں کو یکجا کر دے، تو اس کا جواب گولیوں سے نہیں دیا جا سکتا،الا یہ کہ اس ظلم کا مرتکب صہیونی قوتوں کے ایجنڈے پر کام کر رہا ہو۔ پُرامن احتجاج ہر شہری کا بنیادی حق ہے۔ اس کے جواب میں حد سے زیادہ طاقت کا استعمال ضبط و تحمل کی ناکامی اور انسانی جان کی بے قدری کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ میں ان واقعات کی فوری، آزادانہ اور شفاف تحقیقات کا مطالبہ کرتا ہوں۔ مہلک طاقت کے استعمال کا حکم دینے اور اس پر عمل درآمد کرنے والوں کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے اور انہیں قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔ حکومت کو یاد رکھنا چاہیے کہ ظلم و جبر عوامی غم کو خاموش نہیں کر سکتا، بلکہ یہ درد، اشتعال اور تقسیم کو مزید گہرا کرتا ہے۔
