Someone said that aiming it self takes skill but none of the hitscans take much skill because they aren't ever put in "hit your shots or die" situations because how forgiving their kit is. Aiming takes more skill then melee but dive as a whole takes more skill then poke

“Aim is easy“ yeah well have you ever seen someone have 100% accuracy? No! Ive seen people perfect melee combos easier than perfect aim. Why can’t we admit both are hard in their own way and it’s actually the devs fault for balancing poke to get easy value (their stuns are ez)
