Ready to roast some #pineapple on the #campfire for the first time. We put our pineapple chunks in a bowl with a little bit of brown sugar for extra crunch. Learnt that the fire needs to be properly hot and glowing to get the pineapple roasted. #outdooractivities #EYFS

Time to #plant_peas. Our story #TheRunawayPea was a good start. Lots of hands helped fill the planter, push the peas into the compost and add water. Now we just have to wait. #outdooractivities #EYFS

Searched for #woodlice today. Then made #woodlouse pictures. 2 different groups of #EYFS #children and 2 very different pieces of #woodlouse_art. They used a #RSPB_picture to help as well as their real life woodlice.

Twig #birdfeeders with circle cereal #Cheerios #Hoops. Thin willow or hazel twigs work best but any bendy twig will do. It makes a nice alternative to using pipe cleaners. Make sure the twigs are thin enough to let #littlefingers thread the cereal on. #EYFS #activities
