@gllitlatte do resistance workout with weights, you can start with body weight only, then use light dumbbells. you need to work your muscles at least three times a week. look up full body strength workouts on youtube it will help to keep your body muscles and make you stronger. take care<3

I feel like the weight im losing is mostly muscle weight and not fat.. I feel super weak ,,, is running not considered working on muscles? Should I switch my workout to something else? If I lose muscle I’ll just end up looking chubbier and I’ll gain the weight back…
