Weekly journal — April so far. 6 trades. 5 wins. 1 loss. +7R on the month. 83% win rate. Sounds great on paper, but let me break it down honestly. First week was solid in terms of execution. Two shorts ETH and MON, all entered on 3 drives into resistance with clean follow-through. But the market bounced and all three ended up closed around breakeven after taking some profit. Nothing to complain about, just a market that didn't want to follow through. Good entries, good process, no reward. That's trading. The one I'm not proud of is the BTC short I took before bed. Fomoed into it, didn't follow my system. Took profit at 2R and walked away, but honestly — rules are more important than profit. I got lucky. Won't pretend otherwise. If I'm teaching process over outcomes, I need to live it. The FET short was the highlight. 3.1R. Clean setup, patient execution, and I actually followed through on what I committed to in the Q1 journal — being more conservative with final targets instead of chasing the full move. Felt good to see that adjustment paying off already. PUMP long is still open. Good entry, good initial move, secured some profit. Probably heading to breakeven at this point. Too early to judge. Last BTC short closed almost flat a few days ago. Would actually be in profit now, but I closed it for a TA reason so I'm fine with it. The process was right even if the outcome wasn't perfect. Overall — execution has been clean. The one fomo trade is the reminder that the system works better than I do when I improvise. Skipped the journal last week for Easter. Back on track now.
