Folks. This isn't rocket science. Go to the store. Fill up a buggy or three with stuff. Get to the checkout. Complain about their opportunistic, predatory price-switcheroo business model. Make sure management hears your complaint. Bonus points if you tie up one of the only two open full-service checkout lines in the place for 20 minutes while you gripe and complain to the clerk about the prices of various items not being what you saw on the shelf. Get frustrated and walk out, abandoning your cart(s) at checkout. Remember, it takes more time and labor to restock a bunch of random small items than a bunch of bigger items. Certain items, such as frozen foods and fresh produce, are highly time-sensitive for restocking. Be sure to place those items at the bottom of the grocery cart. It won't take more than 6 months of this before the company fires the idiot convention of bright young MBAs who dreamt up this stupid business model and returns to the old printed price sticker model.
