Let's pretend rebranding one of the most recognizable companies wasn't completely idiotic (I know, just try). This is the most bonkers rebranding roll out from a pure business and messaging perspective. Where are the brand guidelines? The new logo? The lockups? It's MADNESS.

@robyncaplan That is typically what I have done. You choose your most logistically-oriented and likely to answer the phone local friend, then email them the what to do/who to call protocol for if/when they need it.

For people who moved away from family for work…who do you put as the emergency contact for your kid’s stuff? I have lots of friends in our new area, so is that the move?
