@bchesky Let’s start with honor: Guests are abusing Covid to get refunds. I knew this was happening, so I called Airbnb, as a guest, got a full refund on the spot because I told them I felt sick. Airbnb is violating its own policy which requires a Covid+ documentation for EC refund.
