This is a common practise in Africa Where people break parts of the road, pavements and sometimes even bricks from buildings to use for their personal use at home. So when people say “Pray Africa”… there is nothing to pray about because Africans do not want to develop Africa. If the mindset is backwards no amount of praying can fix Africa.
