A disappointing day for the psychedelic movement & the millions of people suffering from #PTSD. MDMA-therapy is life-SAVING. I know someone who had several attempts to end their life & is no longer suffering from PTSD b/c of this therapy. All this being said — we shall prevail!

After listening to three episodes of @PeterDiamandis Moonshots Podcast, through the sheer exposure of such big ideas I feel expanded — not just in what’s possible for the world but for myself. What’s that phrase? — Surround yourself with smart people!

They buried the lede on this new study. It's not that exercise beats out SSRIs for depression treatment, but that *just* dancing has the largest effect of *any treatment* for depression. That's kind of beautiful.
