@EmmaSzewczak Got multiple letters after a forceps delivery asking me to book my screening. All claiming I was embarrassed. I wasn’t - I was bleeding, didn’t want any instruments near me or inside me, didn’t have time, didn’t have childcare. I could go on… and on… and on…

I always think of this performance by Angela Lansbury. Sublime in its simplicity. She provided the soundtrack to so many childhoods. Her storytelling was incomparable. Rest well, Mrs Potts.

Wtf. How are you ‘humbled’ and taking ‘full responsibility’ but telling us to move on? Some of us will never move on - robbed of the support we needed when we needed it most. New parents, bereaved families and friends, lonely, vulnerable, dying… this is actually disgusting
