Plus low end torque rush is amazing in 3xo

@Abhisheknott @volklub @TightXDJ I am using 3xo from past 23 months and travelled with 5 people multiple times to many places which are 300+kms. All my friends who are healthy said that back seat is very comfortable. No one said they are not comfortable till now.

@volklub @TightXDJ Kylaq is a better vehicle to drive. The rear seat on the 3XO is uncomfortable - low bench. Boot space better in Kylaq. Better ride maybe marginal. AC 3XO yes, disc 4 but feels good on Kylaq too. Only thing 3XO better at is width for 3 if you stand the looks which is subjective

Own house is not a scam most of us agree But the way most of us buy it thats where the problem starts When we start earning Immediately people say take LIC policy then buy a house/property, no planning, just take the max loan bank gives Lets say house/flat costs around 1Cr in present situation 1Cr house 80L loan 70k EMI for 25 years Total amount at the end of loan tenure - 2.1Cr Thats where everybody feels stuck Now if we follow this approach instead of rushing invest that 70K/month 10 years @ approx 15% CAGR is possible if we plan smartly 84L invested → 1.7Cr value Now add rent into this 👇 If rent is 25K/month Then actual investment = 45K/month Total invested in 10 years = 54L Future value @15% CAGR → 1.2Cr Now the obvious question from What if the house price increases in 10 years 🤔 Yes, it will definitely increase Lets assume if the house cost increases from 1Cr → 1.8Cr after 10 years You already have 1.2Cr ready So loan needed = 60L EMI becomes manageable and loan closes faster Also in these 5-10 years Your income increase Your investments grow Rent paid in 10 years ≈ 30L But early EMI interest also goes into lakhs I am not saying delay forever but don’t rush because of pressure Finally I want to say own your house when you are ready but don't let EMI owns your life

I drive two cars. One suv and one i10. I don’t want to accept this nor I want to promote this but the way people treat you on road when you drive suv vs when you drive a small car, you will understand why every brand is selling SUVs out there.

@geetmh Madam if we look for a house within our range and budget, definitely the purchase is a wise decision. In 2019 I purchased a 1075 sqft 2bhk in nizampet gp layout for 36 lakhs (includes woodwork). Now it is 60 lakh value and rent rose from 10k to 20k and emi is 36k. It's good deal.

The EMIs may look big initially but over the years your earning power goes up and they become more affordable. Whereas rent will always grow with inflation.

While buying your new car, what was the 2nd closest choice of car that you rejected and for what reason? For exp: I rejected Seltos Turbo DCT in 2020 to get VW T-Roc because I felt that Seltos isn't as well built. Lately picked GLA over iX1 because iX1 / X1 were not having All-Wheel-Drive option.
