@AryakavyaA As far as Kannada is concerned calling it ‘kannad’ is blatant attempt to undermine and mock a language intentionally, just knowing how a language’s name is pronounced takes little to no effort. So saying equal effort is needed is wrong and clearly all the effort is needed by you.

@dasyuslayer7 @AryakavyaA how 70% Kannada state becomes minority, if we consider only native languages of the land like Kannada+tulu+kodava, Kannada makes 95% of the population, Karnataka is built on the identity of Kannada unlike India which is a union of many states which is not built on hindi.

Even today only 60% of its population is kannada, and 40% non kannad This happens with all linguistic states/ethno countries but they are not this unsuccessful in homogenisation

So Ram can be made Rama. Krishn can be made Krishna. Arjun can be made Arjuna. But Kannada can't be made Kannad. Just another side of the coin. Efforts should be put from both sides.

@dasyuslayer7 @AryakavyaA what the hell you are talking about its funny😂, Karnataka is one of the most linguistically homogeneous states in india, which was unified under the banner of Kannada, unlike bihar up etc which have many languages like bhojpuri maithili awadhi but still formed as hindi states.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ (SSLC) ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿ ವಿಷಯದ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ತೃತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯ (ಹಿಂದಿ) ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೆ, ಕೇವಲ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳು 625 ರಿಂದ 525ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ವರದಿಗಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಕಳೆದ 27 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸತತ ಚಳವಳಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ದ್ವಿಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯ ಮೊದಲ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆ ಹಿಂದಿಗೆ ಗ್ರೇಡ್‌ ನೀಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೂರು ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೇವಲ ಹಿಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸ್‌ ಎಸ್‌ ಎಲ್‌ ಸಿ ಮುಗಿಸಲು ಪರದಾಡುವಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ಹೊರೆ ಇಳಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತ್ರಿಭಾಷಾ ಸೂತ್ರವೇ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹೇರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಒಂದು ಕುತಂತ್ರದ ಯೋಜನೆ. ಅದು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಾನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಎಗ್ಗಿಲ್ಲದೆ ರಾಜಾರೋಷವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿ ಹೇರಿಕೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ತ್ರಿಭಾಷಾ ಸೂತ್ರವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕನ್ನುವುದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಹಕ್ಕೊತ್ತಾಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಹಿಂದಿ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಮಂಕಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು‌. ಇದೇ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ @siddaramaiah ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ತ್ರಿಭಾಷಾ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತು ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿಭಾಷಾ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಳಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದೀಗ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಂಕವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು ಹಿಂದಿ ಹೇರಿಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಹೋರಾಟದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪನವರು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮನಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಇಟ್ಟ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಾರದು. ಯಾರದೇ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೆ, ಒತ್ತಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಣಿಯಬಾರದು. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಯಾರೇ ಆದರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳು, ನಾಡದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳು ಎಂದೇ ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.
