And to be clear, my point here is not “I told you so.” It’s that situations like this have consequences far beyond one person. Real women in this community already had to work twice as hard to be taken seriously. I hate that this is going to make that even worse.

It especially hurts real women in Minecraft. Some of us actually put in the time, took the harassment, dealt with the comparisons, and earned our place fairly. That is why this situation is so disgusting, and why I felt the need to finally speak on it. (5/5)
