Update on the account-link situation: I was able to get unbanned, but the groups I own were automatically locked when my account was banned and are still locked. I’m having trouble getting a response from Roblox Support. Can someone please help me get their attention so this can be fixed as soon as possible? @itsplayakeyy @playakeyy twitter recommended me this for some reason but i suppose it's because i have the literal same exact issue (there's nothing in Violations & Appeals for me btw)

My Roblox account (@playakeyy) was suspended for 14 days because Roblox claims it's linked to another account that starts with "ju...". That account is NOT mine, and I have never owned or used it. Support keeps telling me to appeal through Violations & Appeals, but this suspension doesn't even appear there, so I literally have no way to submit the appeal they're telling me to use. When I explained that, my tickets were closed with automated responses instead of addressing the actual issue or reviewing the incorrect account linkage. I'm not the only person this has happened to—other users have reported the same issue on the Roblox DevForum. Update: Roblox suspended my account (playakeyy) because they claim it's linked to another account that starts with "ju...". The problem is that account is not mine. I have never owned it, used it, logged into it, or had any association with it. Yet my account was suspended because of a violation on an account that doesn't belong to me. I've repeatedly told Roblox Support this, but I keep receiving the same automated responses instead of someone manually reviewing the incorrect account linkage.
