thank you so much @Romer for doing something this generous and for taking the time to read everyone's stories. 🫶🏻 $5,000 would truly change my life because it would take away a financial burden that my family has been carrying for a long time. i'm still a student, and my parents work hard every day just to make sure we can continue our education. there are many times when i feel guilty asking for things i need because i know they're already doing everything they can. one of the first things i would do is buy my dad's medicines. he's asthmatic, but despite having difficulty breathing at times, he still goes to work because his job requires a lot of physical labor. watching him push through his condition every day, even when i know he's exhausted, is one of the hardest things for me. if i could help make sure he never has to worry about whether we can afford his medication, that alone would mean everything to me. i would also use the money for my and my sister's school expenses, supplies, and the things we need so we can finish our studies without adding more pressure to our parents. whatever remains, i'd save so we'd have something to rely on when unexpected expenses come. winning wouldn't just change my bank account. it would let me help the people who have spent their whole lives sacrificing for me. It would give my dad one less thing to worry about, ease my parents' burden, and let me focus on finishing school knowing that, even for a little while, we could finally breathe a little easier. thank you again for this opportunity. 💗
