Just arrived in Adelaide this week after signing to play winter ball with the Kensington Cardinals. Through 3 games now I’m 5-9 with a 2B and this HR today. Feels amazing to be back on the field again 🙏

First at bats against a professional arm in over 2 months and I went 1-2 with a double. 4 more weeks until I get to compete in the @Watch_Momentum pro live at bat tournament 🔥

365 days at Driveline in the books. It’s still crazy how much improvement I’ve seen especially with a 2 month gap this summer after fracturing my right hand. Bat Speed: 65.9 ➡️ 74.7 MPH (+8.8) Throwing Pulldown: 83 ➡️ 91.6 MPH (+8.6) Strength Score (0-100): 77 ➡️ 92 (+15)

Been awesome training with this guy over the past year. One of the hardest working guys I know and a dawg on the field. Hope someone will give him a chance to prove it here soon

So even though my year at Driveline is almost over and I never got my chance to play, I’m still very proud of the progress I’ve made and thankful for the experience. Huge thank you to all of the trainers who helped me get to this point, y’all have made my time here incredible ❤️

One thing I’ve always struggled with is my arm. Last summer I was completely unable to throw without major shoulder pain but now I’ve reached 91.6 mph without any pain. I achieved that by adding strength/mobility and using plyo balls to clean up my arm action.

It’s been a tough year with injuries and few opportunities to play when healthy but I’m still so grateful for the past 11 months at @DrivelineBB. I’ve seen some huge improvements and had an awesome experience so far training with/competing against guys from MLB to College 🧵🧵🧵

Decided to get back to doing what feels natural and being as athletic and comfortable as possible in the box. Bat speeds are up and today I had some of my best rounds against 100 mph sinkers
