open house @arbitrum_india hack went so smoothly, i legit slept 7 hrs every single day of the hackathon, my first for any hackathon i've been a part of lol! the vogue like shoot doesn't do justice to my beauty sleep! - 0 logistical issues (wifi worked like a charm all 4 days :p) - 0 delays / cancellations (not accounting for the mins it took people to get up from their comfy stations & get to the workshop rooms) - 1 complaint from the builders (that they food was so good, there should have been a dedicated post lunch rest hour on the schedule) - 50% constructively critical feedback to builders. rest 50% just constructive because some mentors were absolute cuties - 100% positive support and feedback from the community as i start connecting with the projects built at OH next week, can bet my cold wallet that so many of them will see the light of mainnet 💙 but, none of this would have been possible with my team mates who all did their job timely and with full ownership. most of them travelled to india to support the builders in person. follow them if you don't already as every single one is an expert in their field. - @itstoniakay - our events kween who really needs to write a book titled 'Guide to Web3 Events'. instant bestseller - @hummusonrails - devrel ninja who can make the most technical sessions fun with his oratory & simple analogies - @Swagtimus - one man devrel army. AI's got nothing on his organizational skills - @takamasa_minami - marketing expert and team enabler who ensured we all did what we do best to our best capacity - @0xBenjamintan - my man who's not the youngest at arbitrum foundation 😝 but def the quickest on his feet when it comes to wit - @SavanWrites - resident content expert. AI's got nothing on him either :p - @kubesqrt - ecosystem maverick who's burning the midnight oil to make sure OH projects get all the support they need all the way to mainnet - @slayercoredev - data specialist who can create impact funnels to the last impression. no one misses his radar - @ChrisCo512 - OCL devrel who can see through your builds like he's got laser in his eyes - @supremebattak - his jokes are questionable :p but web3 development understanding is incredible - @heart_eyes_0x - if you thought OH swag was cool, she's the one behind the vibes - Orin - who's not on X because she's locked in creating beaut marketing experiences a big thanks to @aboutlo @samfriedman6_ @cryptovladdy and all my colleagues at @arbitrum who were indispensable for OH India! 🫶

arbitrum onboarding begins at home :p had two of my brothers join me for the open house gather - mumbai event so that they also learn about web3 and arbitrum. as fate would have it, both had to sit in the very first seats (came late and those were the only empty seats) and listen to all the sessions intently :p one’s in edtech and another one is an equity research analyst. both of them have sufficient curiosity for web3 and my employer but not enough conviction yet to go out of their way to learn / explore it properly. let’s see how many events, conversations, examples etc. it’ll take
