@itty_bytes exactly AND coupled with the fact that it’s basically impossible to eat intuitively with an active ed unless you’re trying to recover

Intuitive eating does not work like it did a few years ago because our bodies and brains nowadays are wired to want unhealthy things. Companies have engineered everything to be addictive. Food and technology being the worst culprits.

@melloramm i think i peaked 5 months ago when my ldr ex bf gasped when he saw me naked for the first time in a while and told me i looked “sickly skinny” and I weighed 49kg aahhh good times good times
