Roadside Celebrations (Crackers, Blocking Roads) Causes public nuisance & safety risks Disturbs emergency movement Sends a message of indiscipline 4. Misuse of Influence / Name Dropping Using party name to threaten officials or public Damages credibility of the entire movement 6.
