Thank you so much for this opportunity, @Romer! I truly appreciate your kindness and generosity in giving back to the community. A $5,000 blessing would genuinely transform my life. I’m a 3rd year Accountancy student who has been completely on my own since I was very young. My mama passed away when I was only 2 years old, and my papa died when I was 10. After that, I became the youngest in the family with no parents and no steady support. To continue my education, I’ve had to move from one city to another, staying with different relatives. I’ve carried my own expenses and responsibilities since high school. When I was supposed to enter senior high school during the pandemic, I had no phone, no laptop, and no resources to join online classes. I remember crying every night because I wasn't able to attend classes. Because of that, I had to stop studying for 2 whole years. Those years were heartbreaking, but now it made me stronger and more determined tocreach everythint I want in life. Despite everything, I pushed through. I’ve been hustling since I was young. I was orking at a factory canteen in 8th grade, selling food to schoolmates in 10th grade, and running a small business selling merchandise and pre-loved clothes, stuffs uring senior high. I’ve learned how to create opportunities even with almost nothing. With $5,000, I can finally break this cycle! I can pay my tuition in full so I can take my upcoming qualifying exam without stress, rent a small, safe space near my school (I’m currently staying with my cousin and her partner in a different city, and the daily travel is exhausting and expensive), start a small business that can support me through the rest of college, help my older siblings who are also struggling. This wouldn’t just change my life.. It would be a blessing I would gladly share with others in need. I dream of graduating, becoming a CPA, and finally building a stable future for myself and my family. Our classes start in August, and every night I worry about how I will cover my tuition so I don’t fall behind again. I also want to prepare for my OJT this 3rd year and Ikneed allowancetfor my OJT expenses. @Romer, I may be young, but I’ve already experienced a lot of challenges in my life. I have a big dreams and the resilience to chase them. This $5,000 would not be wasted. It would be invested in someone who has fought hard just to stay in school and is ready to make the most of every opportunity 🥹🙏 Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for this chance to share my own story.
