@HmmmSukunaGoat @Since_heian_era The difference is literally shown in the manga lol. Zoro/Mihawk are praised specifically for sword skill, BB, techniques, styles, etc. Shanks’ portrayal constantly leans toward overwhelming Haki first. Using a sword doesn’t automatically make every fighter the same archetype.

Oda has compared Mihawk’s and Shanks’ sword skills because their swords are the strongest weapons they can use. That’s why it’s fair to compare their overall power based on that statement
