There's a reason @nikita_helene would be killed in the 3rd year of her term in office. She would get all the money in the state coffers and frog march all prisoners, Updf and police officers plus half the Boda Bodas to start building rail across the country.

@TheMutaD The railway would solve many of the problems on the highways. Look at the trucks on that eastern axis from Nakawa all the way to the border. We would not even need those weigh-bridges which are grand corruption corners.
