@AllSkillX3D 8k Gamesir actually has TMR sticks. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
English

Both run at 8K Hz (8,000Hz polling rate), so on paper theyโre equal in that department. The GameSir G7 Pro 8K delivers smoother control and instant response via 8,000Hz polling over both wired and 2.4G wireless connections. Meanwhile, the Marius JDM-5X board achieves a button latency of 1.43ms at 8KHz โ faster than an overclocked 8KHz DualSense (2.11ms) and roughly twice as fast as a max-overclocked standard PS4 controller (2.89ms). โGameSir 8K = best value for competitive players who want 8K polling without the hassle. Buy it, plug it in, youโre done. Great performance for 99% of players.
โMarius board = for the enthusiast/pro crowd who want the absolute ceiling of performance and are willing to invest in the full ecosystem โ custom builds, Hall Effect sticks, firmware updates, and potentially sending it off to a builder. The ongoing cost is real, but so is the performance gap.
The Marius board is kind of like building a custom PC vs. buying a prebuilt. The GameSir is the well-specced prebuilt โ impressive for what it is, but youโre not getting the same headroom for tuning and optimization that the custom route gives you.
For most competitive players the GameSir is honestly the smarter buy. But for those chasing every millisecond โ tournament players, top-ranked ranked grinders, content creators who specialize in controller performance โ the Marius ecosystem is still the answer.
English

I promised to always be honest and never lie for money
If you are buying a new controller the Gamesir controller is FASTER then the Marius board and $200 cheaper
Marius board has more clout because of paid promotions and battlebeaver
(Marius board is INSANE tho) both are way way better then any other controller,
But if you like Xbox controllers and want to save $200 gamesir IS slightly faster on the analog sticks. Marius is slightly faster on the buttons

You decide what I build next.
