You know things have truly gone to shite when even traore is shaking his head.. The result is indefensible. Truly. Abysmal. I've always tried to stay calm, be positive and not board the SlotOut bandwagon but things need to change. Thanks for No.20, Slot, but time's up.

Speechless the way @LFC defend and play for the team won the league last season. We are lack of character and leader during tough time #YNWA

@eddiegibbs An unfair assessment. We pinned wolves in their half most of the game. I saw players who tried their darndest only to be thwarted by a superb jose sa. There's nothing cowardly about it. Their winning goal was deflected off gomez. We were just unlucky. We will bounce back

🤬 Cowardly Football, Cowardly Outcome Beaten 2–1 by a basically relegated Wolves side who played with a proper game plan, whilst Liverpool shrank from the fight. This was cowardly football. Slow, safe, sterile. Possession without bravery, shape without intent. It looked like a team afraid to take risks and a manager content to let things drift. Arne Slot must answer for that. So must Richard Hughes and Michael Edwards. They sanctioned this direction by not replacing this man when they should have, they backed this approach, they are every bit as culpable as the players that are producing these diabolical performances. I was told someone senior inside the club is unhappy with the things I’ve written this season. I’ll keep saying it as I see it, it’s the only way I know.

The scoreline may just be 1-0 but it is an important result The players need to make themselves count in each game, now more than ever And come what may, the players will need to meet and discuss among themselves whether they still believe in slot to continue next season.

@greggislocallfc When we win, players were outstanding When we lose, it's slot fault.. Right from the start, there's already been a bias of wanting slot to go. No need to be long winded.

If you care to read, then I appreciate the time you took out of your day. Since I don’t really have a place to do “proper football articles” I’m just gonna post my piece on here 👍 It's obvious now that when Liverpool do anything good on the pitch, there is minimal input from the manager. The tactics don't win us game, if we do go onto win, but more on the individual brilliance of the players we have. There are some players who are massively underperforming this season like mac allister, gakpo, konate and even Salah who has been underwhelming at big times of the season but even each of these players (minus gakpo) who still have a little moment of magic in them to win or atleast change a game. The overall quality of player in the Liverpool team is much better than what is being coached. The Liverpool team should be beating forest, Sunderland Burnley Leeds and even a struggling no 2 wins in a row (at the time) Manchester United at Anfield. The team has been set up wrong to start, whether it's the starting XI or the actual tactics, it's clear the players have no belief in their own ability or in the system they are being told to play. There hasn't really been a goal in recent times that has come from tactical planning or preparation, but more from the players own determination to just do something. It's panic stations football, no patterns, no fluidity. Just tense and inconsistent, yet good, moments of brilliance from the individual players. These players need a boost from somewhere and the Anfield crowd can only do so much. Against city Anfield did everything they could to keep the players up for it, but something changed and they tempo slowed and we quickly went from being the dangerous team to the team in trouble and once city scored, we crumbled. And that mentality has been prevalent so much this season. New manager bounces don't last whole seasons and definitely don't have longevity in them, however at a club like Liverpool, where the team and fans historically have thrived off emotion and connection, the manager doesn't seem to get that right now and bringing someone like Gerrard for interim gets everyone excited, the players and the fans. That short term boost could be enough to retain champions league football for the next season which will attract the best managers in the game now to come and pick up the pieces in the new season. It's perfectly ok to say you don't want slot to manage Liverpool anymore without any it being disrespectful to the man himself who gave us all as Liverpool fans the best day of our lives in April 2025. Our song of the season was "it's not 19 forever" and it isn't going to be Slot forever. In life and football, it's ok to accept that not every project will last a long time. It's ok to accept that it isn't the direction the club should be heading and it's ok to accept that the management needs to change without it being "disloyal" or "entitled" or "spoilt" or even a case of "not supporting the team" (which in itself is absurd as criticism and support go hand in hand. You can't support something without critiquing and calling out the bad times) If you truly love or support something or someone you'd always want the best for it and inturn if things are being done wrong you would rightfully say what has to be said or do what has to be done to turn it around for the better. And for me that is a manager change. Slot, last season was a blast, I enjoyed, nearly, everything about it. But as Iv stated, it's ok to accept when the time is up and it is time to move on (just like myself when I stopped singing at 15 coz my voice dropped) it's time for something new and fresh, again, and it's time for Liverpool to finally save a season that is there to be saved

There may yet be reason for optimism at Liverpool this season… The Reds’ 2-1 home defeat to Manchester City on Sunday may have felt like further proof that they are some way off challenging for this year’s Premier League title. But it could also be a sign that one of the greatest chapters in the club’s history is ready to repeat itself at Anfield. Back in 1981, iconic manager Bob Paisley found himself in a remarkably similar position. Despite winning back-to-back First Division titles in the preceding two seasons, his Liverpool side fell well off the pace domestically and came under intense pressure. That campaign ultimately ended in European glory, with Paisley’s Reds lifting the European Cup after defeating Real Madrid in the final. A reminder from history that European success remains possible for Arne Slot and this Liverpool squad, even amid a disappointing league campaign.

It's really been a roller coaster of a season I'll still back the team, from top to bottom, whatever happens from now until the end It's the least supporters can do Slot and the club deserves criticisms, but not every time

🚨💣 EXCL: Chelsea retain the opportunity to hijack the Jérémy Jacquet deal should they choose to pursue it aggressively in June or July. 🇫🇷🔵 #CFC Sources confirm that Liverpool have secured full agreement with the player on personal terms. A club-to-club accord has also been established, yet assurances of loaning the defender back to Rennes are entirely unfounded. Jacquet remains legally and contractually bound to his current club on all fronts. No loan arrangement is required, as the transfer has yet to take effect. Key fact: Jérémy Jacquet is indeed set to join Liverpool in the summer, but for the time being, he continues to belong to Rennes. ⚠️🇪🇺 FIFA has sanctioned definitive transfer agreements signed in January, with a contractually stipulated effective date of July 1. Chelsea still has chance and we might witness Moises Caicedo saga years ago. More to follow soon! 👀💣⏳

Colwill, Fofana, Badiashile, Adarabioyo, Disasi, Chalobah, Hato, Acheampong. 8 CBs at Chelsea. EIGHT. Ok, Disasi has been frozen out, still there's 7. I sincerely hope #Jacquet will choose wisely, whether he wants more game time, or just the big money move.

🔴 Update: #LFC have added centre-back Amara Nallo (19) to their Champions League squad for tonight vs. Qarabag. Nallo likely to make the bench after injuries to Joe Gomez and Wellity Lucky. Calvin Ramsay remain ineligible tonight as he can’t be added via List B.
