Dragi prijatelji iz Crne Gore,
Užasna sramota je ovih dana ponovo pogodila Srbiju i svakog njenog časnog građanina, kada je nelegitimni uzurpator pozicije predsednika Srbije, govoreći u ime manjinske ratnozločinačke radikalske okupacione falange u Srbiji, na prostački način odbio poziv da učestvuje u proslavi 20 godina obnove nezavisnosti Crne Gore.
Istovremeno se kamenjem i blatom bacio i ponizio jubilej 20 godina od obnove nezavisnosti Srbije. Frustrirana ratnim porazima i pratećim zločinima, nespremna da ih prizna, napravi otklon od njih i zauzme mesto moderne nezavisne države centralnog Balkana, ponižena i politikom samoviktimizacije dovedena do ruba međunarodnog ignorisanja, Srbija je, nažalost, samo 6 godina provela u slobodi. Nakon toga je ponovo pala u šake ratnozločinačkog okupatora koji danas, sanitarno odsečen od poprišta svojih zločina iz devedesetih, sprovodi teror nad građanima Srbije.
Kao što su naše zemlje zajedno stekle nezavisnost pre 148 godina u Berlinu, tako i danas stojimo uz vas i radujemo se zajedno vašem jubileju i vašim uspesima na afirmaciji Crne Gore kao moderne građanske države Evrope i zapadne civilizacije, ponosne članice NATO i prve sledeće članice EU.
