Starbucks is fucking down and has closed locations. They have closed 430 North America locations and laid off staff. Yall act like people haven’t reduced the amount of Starbucks they are consuming.
Fast food is down, sit down restaurant business is down. The numbers are published. People can’t afford it because the economy is way worse than you want to really care to admit. The government has been floating it for years preventing a crash and pumping money into the economy making inflation worse.
Coffee prices in the grocery stores jumped 18% this year alone. Maxwell house hovers around $20 now. Even yelling make it at home, the prices have jumped.
People of all ages are having to weigh bills vs food and it shouldn’t have to be this way. We are watching the govt waste TF out of money. Both parties do it. We are sick of it.
