IVPN Status Updates

New Salt Lake City VPN gateway us-ut2.gw.ivpn.net / us-ut2.wg.ivpn.net is now in operation. ISP: Tzulo.

IVPN PoP in Utah is currently unavailable and is being phased out (us-ut1.gw.ivpn.net). We are working on having a replacement server in a different data center as soon as possible, and will provide an update here.

We are shutting down IVPN gateways us-ga4 (Atlanta) and us-nj1 (New Jersey) on 29th April due to data center partner discontinuing services. Customers with manual WG/OpenVPN configs should switch over to us-ga3 and us-ga5 in Georgia; us-ny2, us-ny3, us-ny4 in NY or us-nj4 in NJ.

@ivpnstatus Good morning I’m just wondering if the system is back up and running yet I’ve been trying to reconnect and I’m not successful of connecting. It finds the server but the IP address just keeps spinning. No matter what server I tried to connect to.

Iceland is1 gateway will be removed from service on 25 March after the addition of two new servers in Reykjavik. If you connect to is1 using third-party apps or routers, switch to is2 or is3 now to avoid disruption. Complete gateway list with details: ivpn.net/en/status/

Hongkong hk3 gateway is getting a replacement server in a new data center on 12 FEB and will be offline for up to 4 hours from 9AM UTC. Customers connecting to hk3 with custom setups need to update their configuration after the completion of this process. hk2 remains available.

Texas us-tx5 gateway will be removed from service on 25 FEB due to closure of provider's data center. If you connect to this server using third-party apps or routers, switch to us-tx4/us-tx6 in Texas or a gateway in a different location to avoid disruption.
