@the_moral_abc I was nonbinary on the internet for like 4yrs then became an alcoholic for the final year before i started transitioning, I had like gyno n shit in middle school and felt really gross for every bit of my life before transitioning. I struggle with lending myself forgiveness too.

i woke up today and the world feels so much more vibrant

escaping the internet and being able to find pleasure and joy in my direct physical surroundings has been something i've wanted for so long but never had the mental state to achieve. I sort of see escapism online as a hometown is need to escape by any means necessary.

the past like 1.5 months have been really amazing for me because i'm finally seeing the results of 2yrs of therapy for cutting back my time online/gaming to single digits. This has been a goal for me to achieve for nearly a decade and feels good asf.
