@HabCorpLinguist @EmmBee1112 But no red flags that Menashi had ~310 votes in the semis but only ~75 in the championship?? That’s crazy.

@EmmBee1112 The total number of votes in this race was roughly equal to the total number Lagoa got in the last 60 seconds of the last one btw

@HabCorpLinguist Serious question: does X give you minute by minute data on polls? If so, can you share openly? Stores in Miami are currently boarding their windows and I think transparency would help lower the temperature.

While both candidates saw surges throughout, including a shift of the vote by ~20 votes to Judge Lagoa in 15 minutes last night, and a shift of ~35 votes to Judge Menashi in 10 minutes this morning, these pale in comparison to the last-minute shift of 120 votes within 60 seconds.

@HabCorpLinguist Wow what a shocker! The supposedly neutral tournament host that deleted his attempt to ballot harvest for Menashi found a way to invalidate Menashi’s loss!

The review has been completed, and all evidence has been evaluated. The 130 votes cast in the last 60 seconds (120 for Lagoa, 10 for Menashi) have been removed from the total as invalidly cast. The final result: Judge Steven Menashi will move on to the championship.

@bgsilver @HabCorpLinguist @RyanFlo43193 Lol clearly if there’s an issue with my screenshot it’s that it hadn’t totally refreshed (but was still very close). So even if that’s the case, we still have a huge dump of Menashi votes in a short time, which apparently isn’t a problem. Unless the reverse happens. Lagoa won.

@bgsilver @HabCorpLinguist @RyanFlo43193 I’m willing to concede maybe my feed was not totally refreshed on my screenshot but it is not at all doctored. What DOES potentially seem doctored, however, is your screenshot showing Lagoa’s votes going DOWN from 239 (51% of 469) to 234 (46.6% of 566). (If my math is right)

@JonathanFeld @HabCorpLinguist @RyanFlo43193 So wouldn’t the “batch processing” theory also be a plausible explanation for what Menashi side is complaining about? And yes maybe mine wasn’t totally refreshed but it goes from 239 Lagoa (51% of 469) to 234 Lagoa (46.6% of 566) which obviously makes no sense.

even if this were accurate (and not delayed buffering or something), doesnt it directly refute the @ryanflo43193 argument that there was some massive vote dump of those 97 votes from 469 to 566 votes all with 10 minutes left? isnt the most natural explanation that X batched and processed those 97 votes some time in the last minutes which leaned something more like 57-40 for Menashi? to quote the West Wing, “this isn’t a statistics convention, it’s an election” so make of it all what you will but the two arguments seem contradictory: one assumes a commanding Lagoa lead that vanished with a shocking reversal with 10 minutes while this photo, at best, suggests a close race with some late-processing votes that leaned ~3% towards Menashi

@HabCorpLinguist @politicalelle @RyanFlo43193 @JonathanFeld Menashi is a great judge (put an obnoxious classmate of mine in his place during moot court) but he lost this year. Next year have voter ID and make people submit selfies with driver’s licenses if you want, but crazy/impossible to parse out votes according to prior preference.

Interviewed BYU QB Emerson Geilman yesterday. Ya'll need to get to know this young man. I think he's a future star at QB. ✔️ Why did he chose to walk-on at BYU? ✔️ What skill set does he bring into the QB room? ✔️ What does he like about Bear Bachmeier's game? ✔️ What does he like about Arod's offense?

@ChauncyHarrison @Sleebeaux hijacking of the moment by the far left. You want to know why we aren't making progress, it's because of that. Check out this poll from today: apnews.com/article/breonn… Support for protests has declined from 54% in June (even in the midst of the first riots) to 39%. /end

VICTORY: The President has just signed a full Executive Order abolishing critical race theory from the federal government, the military, and all federal contractors. The president has effectively declared war on CRT—and extended the battlefield to all of our institutions. 🧵
