@iwoot you don't seem particularly bothered about identity theft/fraud - web chat and twitter teams seem unable to escalate this any sooner than 72hours or a couple of days, even though scammers may have fraudulently ordered other items using my details!!!

Be careful shopping with @iwoot. If you have to return items they might decide to refund you for one item and keep the rest of your money, and it's very difficult to sort it out cos they don't have a phone number and will mostly ignore your live chats on their site. Poor service

@iwoot what a shambles. Wrong info from your CS made me order twice. 1st order ( told not processed)turns up wrong & then 2nd turns up wrong! Spent £50 on rubbish.

If anyone is wondering where their @IWOOT_CS @iwoot package that they paid for next day for: here’s where. It’s not even been made yet. Imagine selling items that you’ve not even made yet, charging for next day and then telling the customer ‘it could be delivered tomorrow’ wild.

@iwoot This is ridiculous. Still no order. Just constantly being fobbed off. Despicable. Will never use you company ever again and will use every poor to tell others to avoid you.

@iwoot placed order on 23rd Oct but last week the courier Evri has advised you and I they have lost my package. I have made repeated requests to your customer services team and jumped through many pointless hoops get the issue sorted but it remains unresolved.
