@RCoANews Strikes me that both the college & this ANRO are not fit for purpose. It is an embarrassment we treat our junior colleagues like we do. Eportfolios are a joke, this exam to get into training is laughable. Who dreams up these strategies? Think I might stop paying my college fees.

When @BBCGaryR asked me about a "majority of seats" this morning on #bbcgms, I only picked up on "majority". Referenda, including de facto referenda at a UK General Election, are won with a majority of votes. Nothing else.
