I think €60m would be a fair price for Bastoni. We shouldn't pay anymore than that, and it also feels unrealistic to get him for less. From what the rumours suggest, Barça are likely to offer around €40–50m, while Inter are valuing him closer to €70–80m. So in that context, meeting in the middle at €60m feels like a reasonable compromise for both sides.
