payment for my card happened at 1608 to @ixigo, and ticket issued after 11 minutes at 1619, their team gives me incorrect information that payment was done at 1619. since it was more than 10, their timer ran out and showd me ticket failed, but they are not accepting @alokebajpai

Hello My fellow Indian. Please don't use the service of @ixigo. They are the fraud people, running fraud services. Especially their credit system. They are scamming the people by deducting the money for their failed service and later they refuse to refund it. Please stay away.

Booked a Royal Jordanian flight through Ixigo. The airline cancelled the flight, but I received ₹15132 less in refund. Need written confirmation from both @ixigo and @RoyalJordanian about who deducted this amount and under which charges. Please reply publicly here, not in inbox.

Hi Yash, as per the payment gateway confirmation, this appears to be a UPI related issue that can happen when one UPI ID is linked with multiple bank accounts. The refund has been credited to the primary bank account linked in the UPI app.
We have already shared the screenshots confirming that the refund was successfully processed in two parts. The payment RRN mentioned in the screenshot is also matching correctly.
We request you to please check once again with your bank using the shared reference details and proof of refund. Thanks!

Still no refund of ₹15,110 from @razorpay @ixigo for a cancelled flight. My bank account was CLOSED in Feb, but they claim "success" in April using a Dec 2025 RRN. Stamped bank letter ignored.

Hi Komal, as we mentioned over DM, please note that as per the airline’s policy, name corrections are only permitted for minor spelling errors. Unfortunately, adding an additional surname or changing the name format entirely is considered a major modification and is not allowed by the airline.
Regarding the cancellation, as per the applicable fare rules, this ticket is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no refund is applicable, including taxes.

Very disappointed with Air India’s handling of our case. We requested to add a missing surname for an international flight from Delhi to SFO (ticket cost was significant and non-refundable), but Air India completely denied the request and advised us to cancel the ticket and book a new one instead.
This is not a passenger change—only a missing surname correction. Has anyone faced a similar issue with name correction on Air India bookings? Any advice on how to resolve this situation would really help.
