Hey Dhwani, we would like to inform you that the airline has denied the request for a full refund, and only the no-show taxes have been processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges. Please note that since the booking was cancelled with applicable charges, an ixigo cancellation fee has also been applied, and the convenience fee is non-refundable. We have also verified with the airline that the refund amount would have remained the same even if the booking had been cancelled as per the standard airline fare rules. @airindia @ixigo I booked an air India flight ticket through the ixigo app with a payment of 12212 rupees but due some personal issue i wasn't able to board my flight so I had to cancel it but when it comes to refund ixigo and air india only refunded me amount of 886 rupees

@ixigo when I tried to book my locked price flight it showed "this flight is no longer available" but after my locking period is over now the same flight is available. This is a scam and I had already mailed and complained. I want to book the flight in old price. Anyhow

I only use MakeMyTrip and other such apps to check flights. Wouldn’t actually book through it. Always better to book directly on the airline’s website. Maybe fewer offers, but safer if anything changes or gets cancelled.

Hey @ixigo @ixigoCare, my flight (DBR-DMM) on March 13 was cancelled by @IndiGo6E. Indigo shows a full refund yet you are deducting convenience fees. 4655- INR, Why should I pay for a service, I couldn't use due to airline cancellation? Please refund the full amount.
