Our leaders are failing us. We needed to act years ago. Hopes and prayers are not a good strategy. All one has to do is drive a few miles to the nearest reservoirs to know how bad it is. Why aren't we talking about this more? It's here, it's tangible, impossible to fake.

I think I'm coining a new phrase when I say we call it "stoke-astic terrorism". The cowardly Tang man and family need to be in prison. It's not political anymore. It's insanity.

To be clear, this is not a religious argument. But... fine.. there's a similar argument. If a god created the universe, that still doesn't explain what created such god. I repeat, how did something come from nothing?

I think it's possible the singularity of a massive black hole in a different universe resulted in the big bang (white hole) that created ours. It still doesn't explain where the energy (matter) came from in the other universe. 🤯 How did something start from nothing?

Tribalism... it served us well. But it's time to evolve. Social media was supposed to help. It made things worse. Or did it? We may have time. Just stop hating this abstract "other side". Introduce yourself. Learn about them. Listen. There's humanity in most.

Wealth and general intelligence do not make us immune to cognitive biases. Emotional intelligence comes pretty close. It's easy to dehumanize each other. Plaster a label on someone, suddenly they are someone you can easily dismiss or even hate.

But I understand, suppose you were prosecuting this case. How do you deal with serious threats being incited by an erratic man-child? So I empathize, but you can't let them organize further. I'm afraid it's going to get *uglier* no matter what--they're far too brainwashed.

You'd think admitting to assaulting women would've been a disqualification to lead this country. Scary how far we've come. This isn't political anymore... Our leaders need to move more quickly.

Wow! This is the crux of what ails America today. Those who are lost in a false reality fail to distinguish belief with the truth. Dealing with the consequences only entrenches them more as a coping mechanism. It is surreal. This needs to be played everywhere.
