for me: 1. Does the business generate revenue and do I as a holder capture "some" upside of the business growing 2. Does it have "fair" distribution 3. Does their native token bake into a growing ecosystem that uses the native token 4. Are there good DeFi pools for the native token 5. Does it have good tokenomics

The downward spiral of most tokens post TGE has less to do with how they were distributed And more to do with fair market value. Most tokens solve nothing except a capital raise. Which can be good or bad depending how good the product is. Even if the product is great, the token and holders rarely capture value from it. Most tokens are not equity and do not reflect product upside, outside of speculation. Opportunity cost of holding non value accruing tokens is higher than it’s ever been in crypto.
