One of my goals in stepping down from coaching and entering media was to offer high quality high school coach coverage. Not player rankings. Not projections or gimmicks. Legitimate coverage that highlights an overlooked group of amazing people: high school coaches. This year will be our first season long behind the scenes series. @j5benish is the head coach of Oconomowoc High School and a member of the WBCA board. Every week we’re going to talk through his season in a Hard Knocks-esque format. My goal is not only to entertain high school hoops enthusiasts, but to help young or new coaches across the country.
