One of the best initial interviews I’ve seen from a new manager. Honest, clear, authentic and when he speaks here, you can see a vision of what he wants. Loved when he said “first 10-15 minutes, wave after wave of attack”. That really resonates with me because so much of football nowadays is players and teams waiting for the moment to put one of their patterns into effect rather than going at the opposition , punching them again and again, putting your foot on their necks and not letting up and initiating instead of waiting.
