Insightful point by @pearsonisms highly relevant to my own work: Success in online freelancing at least partially depends on one‘s ability to shape the boundaries of clients‘ project demands.

@oiioxford @ViliLe @j_a1bert As I'm now in year 2 of freelancing, a more nuanced freelancer skill has become apparent - the ability to shape the client's job post to fit your skills and improve the perceived match. It's one part persuasiveness and two parts entrepreneurial.
