@hierro_98 @Albert6134 @jeff_gluck How much useful data would a fourth car, driven by a driver who doesn’t have experience driving cup cars (the purpose of Project 91) actually provide?
English

@Albert6134 @jeff_gluck I wish yall would realize that, the more cars teams field, is more data they end up collecting. Team owners have been on record saying this

@j_laeme It shows he used it just right when it should be activated ... like less than a tenth of a second.

I genuinely believe that if you're in the top 10-15% of a game's ranked player base not only should you be allowed to say you're good you should also be allowed to rub it in people's faces when they try and insist "no, you're actually not". Embrace the delusion, it's just OW.

I mean yeah, once you hit Masters it can be argued that you've just started to actually learn the game. You really don't know how to do anything even remotely correctly UNTIL you get to Masters. When you get there, you can begin to learn how the game should be played.

@EmbyFlame My girlfriend one-tricked her way through Diamond on Juno alone with only 500hrs on the game it's really not hard 😭

A lot of the arguments surrounding my post here rely on the idea that you can be considered 'good' simply for being in the upper percentage of players. But this alone has many implications.
- Most players in Bronze->Diamond are CASUAL players and are not making efforts to improve
- An influx of new players entering low ranks would cause (according to this logic) all Diamond/Masters players to automatically be considered "better" Overwatch players overnight, despite not actually improving at the game whatsoever
- Entirely ignores relative effort
At the end of the day, I think it makes people uncomfortable to know that being Diamond/Masters doesn't mean you are good, and that you've barely scratched the surface at that point. Only knowing a little of what Overwatch has to offer and being kinda bad is OK, I think that should not be seen as such a negative. But of course being told that is the case will always result in very emotional responses.

@NotFifthGear wasn't the retro weekend announced this same year? Doesn't really leave enough time to design and make merch.
