I have now been accosted by two Republican members of Congress for trying to remove pesticide liability protections. Both of which claim to be “God-fearing” Christians, but are shilling for cancer causing pesticide companies. Yikes. One even claims to be pro-life, but is cool with pesticides killing kids.

Lemme ask you this coach If one of your favorite underground bands grows at the expense of everything that made them special in the first place, is it worth it? Is it worth changing what your whole purpose/identity is simply to try to become mainstream? Wrestling at it’s core is a form of art. Not every form of art is meant to be the “biggest” or grow at an unprecedented rate to match the WWE. AEW fans do not want AEW to change who they are to try to gain the WWE audience, the point of AEW in the first place is to he the alternative. That is why we love the company, because it is not the WWE, it’s different. We love it because it’s edgy, it’s not meant for the casual fan, it’s for a niche hard ore fanbase (something lots of people have been clamoring for for a long time mind you). Oh nby the way, they’ve grown just fine doing what they do. Enough to warrant 185mil/year in tv deals and plenty of sponsorships Hope this helps

And THIS tweet is why they haven’t grown. The thought process that “AEW” fans widely praised it of course they did. But if that’s the benchmark then the company will be this size forever. You have to think big picture and you have to turn no fan-into casual fan-into AEW fan. And that pay-per-view and some of the things that were on it if a no fan tunes and they’re gonna Tune In out real quick and they’re not gonna come back to a dynamite or a collision when there isn’t all of that gore. It’s about picking your spots learning how to grow your product and stop living in the world of we’re not trying to win. If you’re not trying to win, then you’re not in business at all. And so tweets like that show how lack of growing knowledge you all truly have. Which is why on my feet AEW fans crushed me because they like to defend it blindly without actually looking at what we’re talking about. Which is why they are where they are and they’re not growing. This is about growth it’s not about staying where you are

@AEWFansLatinoa1 @Phenomanal1of1 @Thecoachrules @JDfromNY206 Revolution was very highly praised by actual AEW fans - no wonder these geeks like JD are shitting on it. Notice there’s a type😂
