Lmaoooo I know you've spotted it perfectly and it's so glaring.
- Marca (Spanish): Headlines of how Atletico Madrid can make history tomorrow.
- Mirror Sport (English): Arsenal go into a Champions League semi-final and the headline is… "SIMEONE A PAIN IN THE GRASS" and "Gunners fear dirty tricks."
Not Arsenal's quality.
Not Arteta's game plan.
Not the fact that Arsenal are in a Champions League semi-final — which is a massive achievement. The English media's chosen angle is fear and victimhood before a ball is even kicked.
Atlético get a war cry. Arsenal get a panic attack.
And this is the same media that will turn around after the game and either:
- Credit the result to Simeone's genius if Atlético win, or
- Say Arsenal "rode their luck" if Arsenal win
The double standard is not even subtle anymore. Spanish press builds their team up. English press tears Arsenal down — even on the eve of a semi-final.
And the funny thing is that some of our fans will buy into this stup!d idea. Quite Pathetic.

If you’re 30 and not exercising, your bones will die.
This is not a meme. Your bones actually start dying.
This is a medical condition called Osteoporosis.
Here’s what happens:
Your body builds bone mass from birth all the way to your late 20s, and around 25 to 30, you hit peak bone density.
After that, your body starts breaking down bone faster than it can replace it.
The scary part is it has no symptoms.
There’s no pain. no warning. You won’t feel it happening. You’ll only know when a bone fractures from something that shouldn’t have caused a fracture.
Like standing up and you hear kraaa!
Now here’s the part most people don’t know:
Exercise is one of the most powerful weapons against it. not just any exercise. specifically weight-bearing and resistance training.
when you lift weights, do squats, deadlifts, push-ups, or even brisk walking, you put stress on your bones.
your body responds to that stress by stimulating bone-forming cells called osteoblasts. those cells go to work reinforcing and rebuilding bone tissue.
the minimum that works: 3 days a week of resistance or weight-bearing exercise. be consistent.
taking calcium and vitamin D matter too. but without exercise, they’re incomplete.
you are not too young to start thinking about this. 30 is closer than you think.
Exercise everyday.

@TheArsenalbiker @Ballistix99 Bournemouth weren't brilliant, nothing special at all. Arsenal were just disastrous, couldn't control, couldn't even win duels and second balls.. just all scared to try to do shit!!
